# Rolechia — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Rolechia, a résumé-building
service available at rolechia.com (the "Service"), operated by **Modern
Technology Co. Ltd.** (شركة مودرن تكنولوجي المحدودة), a limited liability
company with its registered address at Al-Mandara District, Block 5/11,
Property No. 63, Khartoum, Republic of Sudan ("Rolechia", "we", "us"). By
creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you
do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are published in English and Arabic. In case of any
discrepancy between the two versions, the **Arabic version prevails**.
## 1. What the Service is
Rolechia lets you create, edit, and manage résumés using professionally
designed templates in English and Arabic, preview them in real time,
import existing CV documents, export résumés as PDF documents, and — if
you choose — share a résumé through a public link.
## 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your
jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that
you meet this requirement.
## 3. Your account
Sign-in is by email: we send a one-time sign-in link to the address you
provide. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email address
and for all activity under your account. Keep your email account secure —
anyone with access to your email inbox can access your Rolechia account.
Notify us at support@rolechia.com if you believe your account has been
accessed without your permission.
## 4. Your content
**You own your content.** The information you enter into the Service —
your name, work history, education, skills, and any other résumé content —
and the CV documents you upload for import ("Your Content") remain yours.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and
display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you: extracting
résumé data from documents you upload, rendering your résumés in
templates, generating previews and PDF exports, and displaying a résumé at
a public link if you enable one. This license ends when you delete the
relevant content or your account, except for limited records described in
the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Your Content,
including having the right to upload any document you import. Do not
include content that is unlawful, that infringes another person's rights,
or that you do not have the right to use.
## 5. Import and automated extraction
When you import a CV (PDF, Word, or pasted text), the Service uses
automated processing to read the document and propose structured résumé
data. **Extraction is a proposal, not a result:** you review what was
read before it is applied, and nothing is written to your profile without
your action. Automated extraction can make mistakes; you are responsible
for reviewing imported data before relying on it. The Service does not
invent or fabricate content on your behalf.
## 6. Our content and templates
The Service — including its software, design, brand, templates and their
visual designs, and type pairings — belongs to Rolechia or its licensors
and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
the templates **as part of the Service** to create and export your own
résumés. Exported PDFs of your résumé are yours to use freely — send them
to employers, print them, share them. You may not extract, copy, resell,
or redistribute the templates themselves, or use the Service to build a
competing template or résumé product.
## 7. Public links
If you enable a public link for a résumé, anyone with the link can view
that résumé. You control this feature: you can disable a link at any
time, and you may optionally protect a link with a password. Think
carefully about what a résumé you share publicly contains. We show you
coarse, privacy-preserving view statistics for your own links (see the
Privacy Policy).
## 8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to create
misleading documents intended to defraud; attempt unauthorized access to
the Service, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt
the Service, including by automated bulk requests, scraping, or
circumventing rate limits; upload malicious code or content; or
impersonate another person in a manner intended to deceive. We may
suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
## 9. Availability and beta status
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and is currently
offered as a beta product. Features may change, be added, or be removed.
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we do not
guarantee uninterrupted availability. We recommend exporting a PDF copy
of any résumé you rely on.
## 10. Fees
The Service is currently **free while in beta**. If we introduce paid
plans or features, we will announce them clearly, and any paid features
will be subject to terms presented at the time of purchase. We will not
silently convert free features you rely on into paid ones without notice.
## 11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from
your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you
materially violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue
the Service (in which case we will give reasonable notice where
practicable so you can export your résumés). Deleting your account
deletes Your Content as described in the Privacy Policy.
## 12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of
any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by
law. Rolechia is a tool for creating résumés — we do not guarantee
employment outcomes, interview invitations, or that any employer or
applicant-tracking system will parse or evaluate your résumé in any
particular way.
## 13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rolechia shall not be
liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, or for loss of profits, opportunities, or data, arising out of
or related to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be
excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you
paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if
you have paid nothing, one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or its
equivalent). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be
excluded under applicable law.
## 14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Each version is numbered and dated. If we
make material changes, we will ask you to review and accept the updated
Terms before continuing to use the Service, and we will summarize what
changed. Minor corrections (such as typographical fixes) do not require
re-acceptance.
## 15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Republic of Sudan**. Any
dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the
Republic of Sudan. This choice of law does not deprive you of protections
granted by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence,
including, for users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data
Protection Law (PDPL) as described in our Privacy Policy.
